Bojan Ciric, Strategic consultant as Asseco South Eastern Europe, was a speaker at the 4th International CRM Conference - Belgrade, Hotel Zira, May 12th, 2010 .Bojan represent his company with presentation named “CRM Renovation”. Presentation is focused on new trends in CRM explaining how to shift CRM solution approach from database-led applications in the hands of a few, to an all-encompassing corporate asset. Bojan emphasize importance of strategically approach that requires creating of corporate data foundation as prerequisite for successful CRM. Furthermore, Bojan covered organizational prerequisites and implementation hints aspect of CRM solutions as well as new trends such as Social Networks and CRM integration.
