In order to make this web site more useful, I added my favorite quotes that can teach, motivate and make us a little bit better.
Bojan Ciric, Strategic consultant as Asseco South Eastern Europe, was a speaker at the 4th International CRM Conference - Belgrade, Hotel Zira, May 12th, 2010 .Bojan represented his company with presentation named “CRM Renovation”
“A great teacher, great theme. No objections!” says Marko Ignatovic from Serbian Chamber of Commerce. “This course is fully comprehensive. I wasn’t on better course for a long time”
says Biljana Draca from Sezam Pro
“Listening to Bojan you realize that he is not providing you with“book knowledge” but really sharing his experience and this was the most valuable takeaway for people" :: Kostyantyn Khrushchelov, Server and Tools (S&T) Product Marketing Manager Ukraine
In the time I write this article, probably the terabytes of data would be created all over the world. Terabytes will become petabytes, then zettabytes, exabytes, yottabytes, etc. The efficiency and effectiveness of getting information from your data will determine quality of your decision making process and eventually your business success.
Sample of Data Warehouse Implementation Project Plan
This model is example of using Archimate modeling language in order to define enterprise architecture of an organization.

@Stefan Reimers
FSDM should be considered in business context, rather then technical. FSDM is fully comprehensive business taxonomy (business terms, definiyions, classification) that can be used for various pourposes (e.g. business requirement definition, logical data model design, data quality initiatives, etc.). Hope it would help.
In my understanding the FSDM contains of just a few superclass entities and very basic association tables. An association combines one entry of superclass A to one entry of superclass B.
Having only a handful of superclasses results in very few associations, right?
But how are associations made which should combine more than two superclasses, and maybe have their own attributes?
Hi,
Has anyone used the Financial Services Data Model (FSDM) published by IBM, particularly the Data Warehouse component( Table level details)?
How did you use it? What are the tables are there in each Data concepts
I would be interested in hearing from anyone about the table level details or where can i get the details.
Thanks,
Maha
Thanks
Thanks Bojan,
Good overview. I like it.
We did something similar for a client (unfortunately I am not free to share it), using internal terminology and systems to make it more understandable.
Very good, Bojan.
Looks better than the original (IBM's FSDM) Diagram.
Thanks Conor. I will make a correction.
Hi Bojan, just had a look at your lovely new FSDM chart. Very nice. I think there is a type in the Resource Item description. The sentence .... includes and describes "AND" value item.... i think this should be "a" . Tiny thing but i thought you would like to know. regards Conor.
RESOURCE ITEM data concept Includes and describes and value item,
either tangible or intangible, that is owned, managed, used by or of
specic interest to the nancial services organization in pursuit and
accomplishment of its business.
